Strange (asian??) writing symbols top of every window on my computer?

I'm seeing asian writing at the top of my firefox window??? Does this mean my computer is hacked by N korea?
I'm really serious and nervous about this. I have never seen this before and it is only in my Mozilla but I just opened IE and it seems be normal there.
 
The RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) has been reported to cause that issue.
