So I am 15 and made my broadway debut a week an a half ago. I have never been in such a demanding time consuming production, and it is REALLY taking a toll on my voice. When I come back after a matine for the evening performance, my voice just feels very tence and tired, and idk. So does anybody have any tips on how to not tire out my voice so quickly and what to do when my vocal chords get tight and tired like that?
