Straight Talk Wireless transferred my active cell phone number and when I called they said they could not help me. They did apologize for the incident, but they said they were unable to retreive my number. I asked to speak to someone in charge but the rep told me that they were located offshore and that the corporate office was in Miami. We have a secret code but I assume they did not ask the guy who had my number transferred to his phone(straight talk told me it was a male). They will not allow me to speak to anyone in charge. What do you think should I do? Its been a week and I still have no phone services. They keep giving me the run around. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
