Straight Talk; Nokia Surge; Help.?

I have the Nokia Surge & when I try to send a text msg, it won't send. It goes to my outbox, instead of my sent msgs. It says something like, "sending at 6:20" & it will be 6:17. Any clue why it does this? I guess I may of clicked on defer msg? Whatever that means, I'm guessing post-pone the msg until 3 minutes later, then send? Haha.
