Can anyone help me with some analysis of structure in films like 'Memento' and 'Irreversible' (if you know of any others I'd love to hear about them!), where the scenes are presented in reverse order?
I suppose the difficulty in structuring such a story is translating the end-middle-beginning of the story's conflict/characters' experience into a satisfying beginning-middle-end experience for the viewers. Do you think they achieved it?
(I know it's not strictly a books/authors question, but it didn't look like I was gonna get any intelligent views on story in the movies section!)
All thoughts welcome! Thanks.
