stopping anxiety meds (HELP)

I am on 40 mg of propranolol 2 times a day for anxiety. I have only been on it for 4 days but it's giving me vision problems. Since it's the weekend and I can't call my dr is it ok to stop cold turkey since it's only been 4 days?
 
If I have vision problems,I would cease until medical advise is obtained. Bill
