So...it's a documentary.

Don't get me wrong, I love Python, but this is a documentary...it will probably get a dvd release, and then soon after end up on TV.

Cannot fathom why this is getting a cinema showing.

Please...just because the publicity tells you this is a big event, and you should put your hand in your pocket does not mean you should.

Wait until it comes on tv...it's just a bunch of interviews.
 
Yes, I can see that.

However, I read somewhere that they're releasing a 6 hour DVD set of the full interviews which I think will be a limited edition box set (for the serious fans and will probably be quite expensive) and that a cut down version will be on TV (on the BBC I think, so they're bound to take out all the good bits!). It sounRAB to me like the idea is to show the film they wanted to be on the telly but what wouldn't have got through the censors. Personally I think it's worth a trip - better than some of the rubbish out there at the moment! :)
