Stomach/under rib problems

Okay here is the thing, I drink on a regular basis a beer here and a beer there, my diet consists of mostly eggo waffles no syrup or butter, cereal, Ham and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, and chicken wings. I am a tad overweight. I also have acid reflux

Here is the problem. So last Saturday I was out drinking all day a whole lot more than I normally do. Well Sunday was fine, no pain, nothing, everything was normal, had my normal eating habits. Monday I woke up with some pain right below my ribs, it feels swollen, like I used to be able to cup my fingers and poke under and in behind my bottom rib a little, now I cant its real hard as if its swollen. The rest of my stomach feels the same way. My mom and aunt said it might be gas built up or I need to make bowel movements, but I made 3 in 1 day alone yesterday, 1 so far today, and Ive taken anti gas and anti-acid pills and nothing. I dont feel sick at all, only time I feel pain is when im sitting down scrunching my ribs against my tummy, or when I press down on it. The lower part of my stomach doesnt get any pain but still feels slightly swollen, the upper part(my bottom rib and down to 5 inches below my rib right above my belly button) will feel pain if I press on it.

Any ideas? Oh and I have no health insurance or anything, thats why I am on here first.

Is the pain located on the right side? I am thinking gall bladder problems here...or the pancreas, both located on the right side under the rib area.

Could be liver as well, with a history of drinking. Best bet is if it doesn't improve quickly to see a doctor to rule out anything serious.

So the upper quadrants of my tummy under the rib cage are no longer swollen. No pain in those areas. But now I am receiving sharper more painful pains in the upper center to lower center and lower sides of my stomach.
I also forgot to mention I have Acid Reflux Disease and I smoke every once in awhile.
When I eat the pain fades temporarily, maybe for like 1-5 mins, then comes back again.

Right now I am waiting on approval for health insurance, and any advice or knowledge to this situation would be much appreciated.
