stomach swelling/hemroids/little bowl movements/ sharp pains/sides hurt

Does anyone know what this could be or what i can do to help it?,female 41,I got hemroids,then my stomach swelled up,sides hurt,it is very painful to go to the bathroom and very little happens.it feels like my intestines are coming out .

Are you having constipation issues? Increasing Fiber intake may be needed.
Drink plenty of water when Fiber intake is increased.
