Stomach problems

For over a year now I have been having stomach problems. After I eat (any meal) I have to go straight to the restroom where I either will throw up or have a painful bowl movement. I have also been experiencing bloating of the stomach and sharp pains in my abdominal area. I have been to the ER twice, gotten a colonoscopy and several other tests run. Has anyone experienced anything simuliar to this? I am becoming very concerned and fed up with doctors offices but know there is something wrong. Please Help!

Do you eat healthy food, grains, veggies, and average meals, or you eat the highly refined, no fiber commercial foods? ? Are you regular, or irregular? Do you eat big meals, and fast? Obviously the members here don't know your lifestyle, age, habits, etc., and the problem can be either food and lifestyle related, it can be a stomach ulcer,
or it can be something more serious. I believe that a stomach "endoscopy" may be in order, and probably your food habits may need a makeover.

I am 22 years old. 5'7" and 110 lbs. I work out 3x a week and eat fairly healthy. I eat about 3 small meals a day and about 2 snacks (yogurt, granola, carrots, apples etc.) I already had that test done. nothing was found though. I do eat fast food about twice a week. I wouldn't say I'm a health nut but definetly watch what I put into my body

Only eat healthy food, if you eat oily and junk food it is not good for our health. In dinner you should take less oily and spicy food, this food caused to acidity and because of this you will feel stomach problem. After dinner should it green salad or ice cream.

You may have lactose intolerance. How about abstaining from any dairy food -give up your yogurts- for 2 weeks to test this theory out? Or how about keep a diary of the food you eat each day, change food each day, and record the results of your stomach reaction levels. Then you can probably zero-in in some culprits you can exclude from your diet. And I suggest that you may start eating some foods that may not be welcomed by your palate, but may be welcomed by your stomach! I believe your stomach is sending you a message, but you have to research it, break its code, and
then reach some accommodation with it. And your churning stomach requires you to mature a little faster than other 22-years old in order to avoid a lifetime of pills and discomfort. I hope you re-post after sometime with better news.
