Stomach Pressure While Reading or Writing

Hey there,

Has any experienced pressure in their stomach area while reading or writing? It's like when I start to read a book, I get this intense pressure in my stomach like gas or such. Once I stop reading, it subsides.

I am not sure if this is stress related from a childhood memory or what?

Anyone else experienced such?
