Stomach Issue During a Cold

Hi all. Seems like I've been posting a lot lately. I think this head/chest cold is really throwing my entire body into a loop here. I guess this would be a general question, so that's why I'm putting it here, and not the digestive board. Hopefully someone has an idea. Ok, so about 3 weeks ago, I scratched the back of my throat with a pretzel stick (awesome I know), and developed a pretty nasty canker sore. Went to the doctor who gave me some stuff for that, and he also thought I might have a sinus infection so he gave me an antibiotic. Wasn't an infection, just bad allergies. So this past week I got a nice little cold, (guess it's been going around) and didn't really take anything for it besides some robitussin and tylenol. Anyway, that brings me to where I stand now. About three or four days ago my stomach started to feel kinda bloating (I'm not overweight at all, actually kinda skinny) and seemed kinda swollen. My bowel movements became loose, not diarrhea, but not well-formed, and I started getting a lot of acid reflux. I've had reflux before, but nothing too extreme. This morning when I woke up I felt better, but tonight again my stomach feels swollen and I'm kinda nauseous and I think I keep burping up what tastes like bile or something. Can a cold do all this to your digestive system? Or could it be lingering from the antibiotic from 3 weeks ago? I'm otherwise fairly healthy (I think), but not sure about all that's going on with my stomach now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
