Three days ago my cell phone was stolen. It was picked from my bag by a man whom i have seen before but is not familiar with. I am kind of scared that he was following me. My reason is that the day he stole my phone was the third time i saw him in three days. The first time i saw him i wa with some friends at the ATM and he just stood right in front of us staring at us, the second time i passed him on the street, the third time he picked my purse. Today i got a strange calll from a man who says he is conducting a financial survey and without even getting my response regarding if i was interested he started blaring out questions. My home number was on my cell phone. I didn't report it stolen because i dont have my original documents. Am i being paranoid for thinking this man who called was the same person???
