so I was using my moms car with her permission, then she became ill. she said i could use the car until i got on my feet. But her husband [my step dad] said he would report the car stolen if i didnt give it back. So i said thats fine come get it. the thing is i live 700 miles away...I really cant afford to take it back...but he is more than welcome to come get it. so Does this mean that i have to take it back to him? or does he have to come get it ?
