Hey guys I know this is old but let me tell you what happened to me today. Normally the UPS person doesn't come until late in the evening, well today he can about 11 when i was gone to the back. When i came back my boyfriend said that I had 2 packages on the bed I knew that one was my new Curve and the other was my replacement Pearl. The box that the replacement Pearl in did not have the normal clear paper around it, so my first thought was oh my god. i ask my boyfriend is this how the UPS person gave you this and he said yeah . I opened the box and guess what no phone!!! First thing I did was call T-Mobile because I remeber reading this thread. When I got to the rep they said that they didnt know what had happened and that they were shipping another one out ASAP. i ask was I suppose to send my phone back and she said no just want until the replacement phone comes and send it back. the Blackberry rep said that a lot of customers that were past there seconnd replacement phone was getting a lot of empty boxes and that some stuff!!!

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ I have ordered lots of things online abd have used UPS a lot, sometimes I didn't habe an option, but UPS irritates me! I just received my TMO Curve the other night after ordering online at TMO site. UPS was to deliver to me, well I get home at around 6pm and I find a package on my door step. Low and behold its a package from TMO, abd sure enough it was my new TMO Curve! I was furious! Last year I ordered a new dell computer and UPS did the same **** to me then, picture a big box with DELL written all over it on my front door step. Needless to say I called UPS and chewed them out! They didn't have much to say other than sorry, I just think its crap how UPS does this.

Its like they dont care that was really stupid what if someone would have stolen your computer then what they say their no important but if you ever check the status after the deliver it they actually put where they left it

I'm so confused.. why is it that I've never recieved a UPS package that didn't require my signature? my latest package was my 8320 and I missed the delivery since they came early in the morning (and they usually hit my door late in the afternoon) and when I went downstairs I saw the sticky on the door and it had written in pen "tmobile" and check marked was the box that says "requires signature".

I wish they left it without signature for me. I hate waiting around =0(
