Still Photos From A Video ?

How do I take still photos of my videos? I would like to be able to download it for free for a trial first. What website do I get it from? Is it a free trial? etc

The only program I know of that might work is Windows Media Player. You should be able to pause your video there and then save screen as.

There are any number of video players out there but none, that I know of, are free. However try
Google - video software.
