still not fixed

well i changed the rectifier regulator an my intruder still isint fixed i charged the battery took it right out of the shed started it up and it started running for a few minutes the died. I just wasted another 200$ trying to get it fixed and boom that dident fix it. the shop i took it to said they were 100% sure thats what was wrong with it im at a loss here im so close to setting it on fire its not even funny. what could be drawing that much power! if i charge the battery then let it sit it drains also. did i get a bad battery? could that be it? maby its not holding a charge? any help would be appreciated guys

Yup, have the battery tested. And make sure that all the connections are tight. On many batteries the terminal blocks screw into the batter, then the cables screw into the terminal blocks, so make sure if you have a battery like this all four are tight.
 
well its a autozone battery how can i have it tested? and i made sure the terminals were tight already. the battery is es12bs is that a good one or should i be using a different brand?
