for the past months my breasts have been leaking milk. they are sore and very sensitive. I wondered if i was pregnant. i took a test,...it said negative. so i went on as usual taking antidepressants of catagory c welbutrin, sleeping pills, diet pills and running. my symptoms got worse. breasts hurt far more and i was tierd.(not needing the sleeping pill) i tried to ignore it for as long as possible.
i started to tests on target, cvs,dollartree,and equate last week. all the target tests were extremely faint lines (can only see them good in daylight). i called dr to tell them my symptoms, went in did urine negative, blood test negative. the dr said id prob get period soon. she sent me home. i bled the following day med to light for only a day and a half (usual period is 4 days two heavy one med one light. when i started to bleed i took the last target test for the sake of using it up. the test came out darker but still faint,..but def visible in any light. i wondered why. so i waited about four days assuming that was it,..maybe a miscarraige. i went out to get another pack at target (of three) i took one test and it was the darkest..i took a picture (proud to finally see a dark line). the next day i took another,..and it too came out dark. then i waited a day...took another and it came out faint but still there. i called the dr..i went in on sat...did a quick urine...she said negative. she said she would take blood again.but it would be negative most likely. i told her i would agree accept for the fact that i have had close to twelve faint positives in the past two weeks ranging in color,...and that my breasts have been killing me (for the past month) and stinging when the air hits them like crazy and leaking milk. she said she did not know what to say for the positive pregnancy tests,..maybe all tests were defective she thought. as for the growing breasts and sore stinging nipples and leaking breasts she said my hormone levels the previous week came back as normal...so she decided that my body needs to bleed. she said she would prescribe for me doses of progesterone and this will make me have a big period so that my breasts wouldnt hurt anymore. she was certain this was a huge bout of pms because i haven't had a proper period in a month. i never ever had any breasts tenderness or leaking milk with pms ever. in fact i never had pms symptoms in my life. my nipples sting when i move, they burn...never had it before. i leaked milk once before when i was pregnant, thats all tho. so i went home and took another tests and agin it was faint positive. then i took an equate and it was a very faint positive. it has been two weeks of faint positives...the only negatives i got was an "answer test".
So the dr,..told me to keep on the welbutrin and the trazadone sleeping pills as usual...she said she would get me to bleed with the progesterone. i woke up this morning and took another and got two more faint faint blue lines...and still breasts are squishy and bigger and sore and stinging and different...about 5 or six weekss post conception...but we only had sex twice and i thought it wasn't during my fertile time...and i thought you have to have sex alot in order to get pregnant. blood tests don't lie, right? and if the dr said to keep on the drugs, than i should,...? even tho i feel like there is something strange going on...and i am still a faint positive...i don't want to make a mistake...
note:i had thyroid tested=normal
