sti ? likely hood in sex?

me and a guy were fooling around and we didnt have a condom. We only had actual sex for less than a minute (im on the pill) and he didnt ejaculate. What is the likely hood of him having passed anything on ?(im not sure if he is clean or not ?) . Should i get tested ? when? and how can i ask him if hes clean with out suggesting hes slept around?
 
Go and get tested, even though he didn't ejaculate your bodily fluids would still have mixed and this is how an STI is passed on.

The pill DOES NOT stop you or prevent you in any way from getting a sexual transmitted infection. Always use a condom unless you really know the guy i.e. your in a long term relationship.
