Stereo switches settings in car as I switch car lights on and off?

So I just installed a new stereo in my Subaru WRX. Everytime I switch the amber lights on or the actual ones, the stereo automatically switches to a different source. When I switch from my lights off to amber lights, the sources change from 'AUX' to 'ATT ON'. Then when I switch from amber lights to full lights on it switches from 'ATT ON' to 'CALL. What could be the problem with my installation???
