Stereo help on 1998 dodge intrepid?

Amplifier
Removal & Installation
To Remove
Remove or disconnect then following;
The negative battery cable and isolate
The right under panel silencer duct
The mounting fastener to remote amplifier
Pull amplifier inboard.
Then pull amplifier downward to remove from upper retaining clips.
Remove or disconnect the following;
The two wiring connectors
The remote amplifier from vehicle
 
not 100% sure but in alot of cases they will put the amplifier underneath the rear seat cushion
 
In case the above answer wasn't clear: the amp is located above the passenger-side kick panel area. The kick panel is the panel to the right of the passenger's feet.
