Stereo FM radio with RDS?

I'm looking for a new phone that has an FM transmitter so that i can play my music through my car stereo system and the phone i found has specs such as "Stereo FM radio with RDS". does this mean that i can play music through the stereo FM transmitter?
 
hello....stereo fm with rds means that stereo device support radio data system it show on display name of station,time,short text info,etc....think you can play music trough transmiter....
