step by step instructions on how to set up a keyless entry remote on a 2003 Dodge Ram?

I am trying to program a key fob for my 03 Ram but the instructions i got do not work. I dont want to take it to a dealer so does anyone know how to program a remote step by step? this is strictly for keyless entry. thank you
