The power emitted from each square meter of a hot star with a temperature of 15,000 degrees kelvin is _____ times that of a star with a temperature of only 5,000 degrees

[Hint: Use the Stefan-Boltzmann Law and take ratios.]

Ratio of surface temperatures = 3:1
According to Stefan-Boltzmann law of radiation, the amount of radiation emitted varies directly with the 4th power of the temperature.
Therefor, the ratio of power emitted from each sq.m (or the amount of radiation per unit area) = 81:1.
The answer is 81.
