Bought a brand new (just 12 Miles on ODO) 09 Honda Odyssey. Bringing it home from the dealer I noticed that the steering wheel vibrated when I was pressing the brakes. Search engines suggested warped rotors. My dealer said they would take care of the problem. When I went to the dealer the service manager told me it's common when cars remain in the lot for too long this problem arises. Made sense since this car was on the lot from Oct. 08. The problem is that I asked if they were intending to resurface the rotors or replace them. The service manager paused when telling me that they resurface them. Now since the car is new of the lot shouldn't the dealer be obliged to replace them. Especially if this item will clearly come out my pocket in the future as "wear and tear". Any suggestions would be appreciated.
