If, you only knew how many breaks I tend to give to the fellow man out here.... I in return do receive a lot more help from the general public. when, I need information necessary to solve a crime being perpetraded on others after doing so. So, there is a benifit to helping others.... Poeple's attitude and the gravity of their acts goes a long way for me in making my decision for cutting some people a break. So, I have been there and done that, but thank anyway....
 
I guess eight years of Bush really screwed you guys up. Admittedly Liberals tend to be a little "out there" on environmental issues, but hey, it's the only planet we have and we treat it like a trash heap. On the other hand it's the Conservatives who stick their noses into your bedroom, you're old lady's womb, spy on you email and phone calls, and have us firmly on the road to becoming a land of religious whack jobs.

Besides, how many cops writing you these tickets and how many judges passing sentence on you would call themselves Liberals?
 
I got a ticket the other day for speeding from the Washington State Patrol. It was on a road that people get caught on all the time because it is easy to speed. I was going 50 in a 35. The Trooper obviously pulled me over and I knew I was screwed. He was very professional, courteous and only cited me for going 5 over and recommended I request a mitigation hearing to reduce the fine. When I thanked him for cutting me some slack, he simply stated "It is already expensive enough, no need to make it any worse." From that moment on my respect for at least the State Patrol skyrocketed. For the most part even in a liberal state like Washington the cops are pretty nice and won't pull you over unless you are really doing something wrong.

I am with you in this whole argument knife edge.
