I currently have a friend that owes me about 75,000. I have a signed contract with him stating that he will pay me back in a timely manner. No, official time frame or exact date tho. I was wondering how long do I have to sue him if he were to stop paying me all together. The initial amount owed was about 110,000 back in May/June of 2005. Since then he has paid back 35,000. Can someone please tell me what are my options here.
