Suppose a person has a z-score for overall health of +2 and a z-score for overall sense of humor of +1. What does it mean to say that this person is healthier than she is funny?

From what I understand about z-scores, this means she is twice as healthy as she is funny, right? I mean, I know z-scores are a way of comparing things that are measure by different units. But once you convert the raw scores to z-scores it is all under one unit of measurement so therefore it would just be twice as healthy as funny, no? Ahh. Please help...cause I think I may be underthinking this...
