Dont pay attention to the numbers given, I have a question: To explore whether brand affects a customers opinion of quality we should:
A. Convert the counts into percentage using row totals
B. Convert the counts into percentages using column totals
My teacher told me that answer is A, but if I convert it into % I will get % of how many people used a b or c brand, is it not supoosed to be answer B? using the column totals? I have exam in an hour would be really helpful. thank you
