stationary recumbent bike?

I just purchased this recumbent bike. I love it because i can hop on it in the morning at lunch or before bed. It is convieneint and i don't have to worry about what i look like at a gym or pay a membership fee. I can use it in all kinds of weather outside. I am noticing a slimmer waist after only two weeks. I want to know though if i will start to see anything in my stomach. I would love for that to get flatter soon. I am working out an hour per day. Thanks,ps. just want to lose like ten pounds then just stay firm.
 
The only slimming in your waist from the bike will come from fat loss. You might want to add some ab workout to your regimen. You could look into some moves like planks. A front plank is good to do stationary or you can push your butt up toward the ceiling. A side plank on one hand or elbow will tighten up your obliques.
In the meantime keep riding and watch what you eat. Doing two 20 minute sessions a day can really do wonders for you fitness.
