Why don't I get tired from doing it? It just hurts my thighs ( Upper Thigh )
Is it supposed to be like this? I do 1 hour everyday. Need to cut weight for wrestling.
 
You need to add more resistance to the point where you are breathing hard enough to still talk but not sing. If you are not sweating you are not getting much out of it.
