Which is more effective?? I usually do about 15 min- 25 min on the bike every morning, and it says im doing about 3.5 miles for 15 mins and 5 miles for 25 mins. i dont like the treadmill seeing i had ankle surgery and it hurts to put alot of force on it so bike is easiest and fastest for me. but i want to do what will make me loose fat. which is better?????
