I have been riding a stationary bike every day for about a month. I ride at speeds between 37 and 40 mph for 20 minutes, but the calorie counter thing says that I only burn like 150 calories. Is that accurate? I'm just wondering because I'm always sweating buckets after I'm finished and I have lost almost 10 pounds. It just seems like I should be burning a lot more calories than 150.
