Recently I've come to the decision that I need to get in better shape, especially since summer is coming up! I heard that using a stationary bike is a great workout for cardio because it works your legs, abdominal, gets your heart rate up, etc. But my question is, how long will it take until you see results? I usually have a resistance between 6 - 9 and usually burn 500 calories on the bike alone. I'm not looking for anything instantaneous, I was just wondering. Thanks! [:
