State Approved Teacher Education Programs?

I currently attend a college of education that is approved by my state, but not the NCATE. However, the college is fully accredited otherwise, just not the teacher education program by a national accrediting body. When I graduate and become certified to teach in this state, can I move to teach in another state, if I choose? Since my degree itself is from an accredited institution, I should still be able to attend grad school, right?

Any help is greatly appreciated...
