starting up sports? what to do?

i want to become rele good at a sport & get the motivation to stay committed. i did a lot when i was young but by age 12 i pretty much dropped everything since 5/7 days were some kind of activity. so i want to pick up one of the sports i did before but im not sure where to start or which one to do. so here are the ones that i would like to start up again:

swimming
basketball
vollyball
cross country
soccer
softball

basically i want to get fit and have something to rele enjoy and excel at in my life. anyone with experience in ANY or in other ones that you think i might like just write them down. or how to get started or just anything at all you think might help. thank you so much!

btw 16 year old girl & i have access to a pool, gym & track.
 
i used to take track and it was really fun i got in really good shape, to me it was really fun! i got to spend time with my friends and work out at the same time! but you have to work at it. and i am not sure if your good at running long distance.if your not good at long distance you could try sprinting!because i figured out i was better at short distance so you could try both?hope i helped!
