I have recently had best buy install a new cd player w/USB -iPod control that my iPod is plugged into and a viper security/remote start system and am now experiencing troubles starting the Jeep. Voltage panel will drop to 12v, when running battery is 14v. I would like to ask if getting a new battery with high cranking amps rating will fix my problem or is this some other electrical issue? (recently bought Jeep)...thanks!
