starting trouble on a 01 toyota tacoma?

so the first time a start my truck in the morning the starter goes very slow and just barley starts it (one time i had to clutch start it) and yesterday it was turning over at its normal speed but it took about 1 min for it to fire and then start up

what would cause this
i tuned it at the start of the of the summer so 3-4 months ago and no check engine light i even put my buddys computer on it , it had on codes
 
check battery and connections
2 ever been tuned since 01?
