Im currently on the spartan training diet which is basically a diet filled with fruit veg and raw meats. This was working very well but since i have started to add in brown rice and pasta i have started to feel very sloppy at the gym.
I want to acheive a more tonned body but i also want to increase my muscle size. I have some belly fat i would like to lose but im not over weight. I do have WHEY portein but i stopped using it because i started to put fat on about 2 months ago. Can anyone suggest some good sups or tell me why my protein was making me put fat on and explain when i should take it and when i shouldnt eg only on workout days, before, and after workouts.
