So I am in the process of starting my photography business. I have been a photographer for a little over 6 years now, but only this past year have taken my hobby into the career field. I live in San Antonio, TX and don't know how I can get my business going. What do I need to get? I know I will need to get my assumed name, tax ID number, bank account, etc...How do I go about doing these things, what is the cost, and is there anything else that I will need to legally own my business besides my clients contracts for weddings/portraits?
