Added SeaFoam to gas tank in November. Started once a week and ran for a few minutes throughout winter. In Jan it started sounding like had a plugged jet while it was running. Now when I go to turn it on it won't even turn over. Lights turn on, battery is full, but will not turn over at all. What kind of things can I do to see what's wrong? Thanks for any help. Cheers.
