I have been trying to start my car but it just won't turn over now the battery light is on while trying to start it.I did spill some antifreeze while poring into the Radiator but i'm not sure if i might have it some electrical wires or something so can someone help me or tell me the reason why my car isn't starting.

I have a 1997 Honda civic Ex

Do you hear a "click" after you turn the key?

Does it "try" to turn over?

If it does the above it is a dead battery. If not it is likely you may have gotten coolant in some electrical components.

It is possible the antifreeze is causing Resistance in your battery cables. Clean the contacts really well. If that's the problem it should start right up unless you killed the battery trying to start the car too many times. In that case clean the contacts and try jump starting it.
