About three days after I got my period I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible pain in my lower abdomen. There was this thing to the left of my abdomen that felt swollen and was sore.
Mid-cycle I decided to start taking birth control and since then I've had small cramps, especially where the swollen thing was and I've felt very nauseated since. The nausea comes and goes through out the day. Is the nausea and cramps side effects of the pill or is it from whatever happened that night when I woke up?
