Okay now me and my friend are looking at getting all the paper work done for starting our own riding school, specalising in working with under priverledge children, teens and young adults. However we want to builg the yard from scratch as this will be the easiest was of getting the best layout of the use.
We talked this idea through with her mum and she said we could probably get some kind of a grant for it or some sponsorship from someone. How would we go about either and what would be the best way to approach the bank about a loan?

P.S. we both own horses and have had jobs at riding schools in the past however we disagreed with how the schools were run. And yes another option we were going to offer was to teach handicap and terminally ill people.
