Starting about 2 weeks ago, when I use Yahoo Messenger everything in the chat

window is blank. Any ideas why? I had been using YM 10 - have been using YM for several years now with no problems. I'm guessing this all started about the same time that I updated to Internet Explorer 8, but i'm not positive (I primarily use Firefox - running Windows XP on my computer). I can see the buddy list, but whatever I type in the chat window, or whatever anyone else types to me, I cant see. Same for any offline messages that anyone sends me - cant see them. If I look in the archive, I can see by the date who wrote me an offline message, but when i try to open it, its blank. I changed the font colors to be sure that wasnt the problem. I've run anti-virus and anti-malware scans. I've gone to Tools-Internet Options-Security-Custom Level, and made sure the scripting settings were enabled. I've uninstalled YM10 and installed older versions of YM (8.1, then 7.5, then 7.0) but they all had the same problem. Then I uninstalled the older versions of YM and installed the new YM11 beta version - same problem. I've been searching online and here on Yahoo Answers for others who had this problem, but so far nothing has worked. If I sign into Yahoo Mail, I can use the chat feature there with no problem, but that chat feature is rather limited. Any other ideas? Thanks!
