Starting a introduction presentation? in history class?

So, in history class, I'm the role of being the "introducer" for my team in a debate about what to do with terrorism and saying my team's defense to the group that makes the decision...

How should I start my first sentence?
and talk about 4 things like... not selling guns to terrorists... that's in my defense.......

and How should I continue to say those ideas after the first sentence in my speech?
