Starting a Ducati Club???

Anyone have any experience with this? Not sure how complex or involved it would be. A few of us have talked about and are interested in possibly starting something in the Southeast NC area. Thanks!
 
You can start by contacting Vicki Smith through the ducati.net website. Vicki is a contract employee to Ducati who does club work and promo activities. Great gal.

He actually needs some incentive to dig his Paso out of storage and get it back up and running.

I think if he had other Ducatisti around him he might be more persuaded.

I've tried but I'm 500 miles away from him.
 
Once I get some research done and some of the other Duc riders in this area start getting together I'll let you know. That way he can join on here and get the info.
 
It's not too hard, I started our local club here. Just get a club name picked out, get the appropriate web site domain name registered and get a site set up. Get some key members signed up to volunteer as officers in the club, and start recruiting members. Once you're established with a dozen or more members, Vicki can get you chartered as an official "Desmo Owners Club" with all the benefits associated.
 
Thanks Jarel! I sent Vickie an email on the Ducati.net account but haven't heard back from her. That gives me a good starting point. If you don't mind I might send you a PM or two with some questions. I'm sure I have some as I get more into it. Thanks!
