Starting a container garden, need help?

I promised my nephew we'd plant flowers to attract butterflies, but the only place we have room for it is on concrete. I have a 13L x 22W container that I'm planning on filling with the following:
Â* Scarlet Bee Balm
Â*Â*Â*Blue Fringe Daisy
Â*Â*Â*Butterfly Blue Scabiosa
Â*Â*Â*Tenor Tall Hybrid Phlox
Â*Â*Â*Purple Coneflowers
Â*Â*Â*Super Aster Daisies
Â*Â*Â*Black-Eyed Susan

Can all these plants fit in that container, if not what size would I need?
and when is the best time to plant them? I won't get them until the end of September, most if not all will be sent bare root.

All these plants wont fit in that size container. The plants need space to grow. I would put the bee balm, scabiosa and phlox in it only. Maybe you can get another container to put the rest. You can plant them when you get it in September. Of course you wont see the plant flower until next year if you are living in the Northeast. I plant my plants in pots which are on concrete and they grow wonderfully. Don't forget to fertilize them and water frequently because the heat of the concrete heats the soil and they need more water than if it were just in the soil.
