Im starting a tshirt business and if me and my partner want equal ownership of the business, will this work? We are also going to own the company.
me: 27%
partner: 27%
advertiser: 15%
graphic designer: 15%
driver: 10%
other: 6%
I figure if me and my partner together own over 50% of the company, we will both own the company right? Sorry if this is a stupid questions! haha I'm not a business major, so I don't know much about business..
