My friend and I have started a business together. Before we began we agreed that we would each pay half of everything, and to be equal partners. The problem is that I have paid for 65% of everything, submitted my own belongings and equipment I have gathered over the years, and he has only paid 35%, and not provided anything he already had. He makes more money than me but still won't pay for as much or reimburse me. I have put in twice the time as him, done all the legal work, prepared all of the documentation, etc. The problem is, he expects us to split the profit 50-50 and I no longer think this is right. Do you think its fair for him to get as much money as I when he hasn't put in as much time, money, or effort? What should I do about this?
